HardRevival

The complete HardRevival Minecraft project — I set up the entire server from scratch and programmed the custom mod behind the brutal PvP hardcore experience. The landing page adds a dark glitch aesthetic, live leaderboards, per-player statistics and a real-time Discord community counter.
